    10/04/2024 My sister *********************** and I paid for two tickets to a ballet at this location at $50 a ticket. Got here 20 minutes before the event started and no one was controlling the parking lot so a row of cars blocked over half of the parking in the grass. Over a dozen of us who arrived before the event were forced to park at a parking garage 3 blocks away and pay for parking on top of the $100 we spent on our tickets. When we got to the back entrance 10 minutes after the event started they told us its policy and clearly listed on the website that they will not allow late entry. Website is very difficult to read through and unorganized. All 14 of us explained that we were searching for parking because no one controlled the flow of parking upon the event starting and thats why we were late. They said we could contact customer service to see what our options are but the website was clear. We expressed to them if they had controlled parking to their event like they were supposed to none of us would have been in this position. One woman standing with us dropped her friends off and searched for parking with us for over 20 minutes and they refused her entry as well. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unorganized. I want a full refund issued! I have pictures and videos, but they are too large to attach. I can provide them if necessary.

    The Centro Asturiano is solely the host venue for the Candlelight concert series, produced by ********************. The only element of these events we handle are the Bar Sales, They manage all aspects of the event, including ticketing, staffing, and parking arrangements. While we cannot directly control these factors, we empathize with your situation and want to offer a resolution. We are willing to issue a payment for the two tickets purchased. for the event.

    We hope this resolution addresses your concerns and helps restore your faith in the Centro Asturiano as a venue.
