      This company didn't follow through with the job. left me hanging. I have to finish the filing myself and when I asked what was up, I got four vulgar messages including to go F myself They started the process in May and now I'm finishing it in August DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

      It is unfortunate you are unsatisfied. The specific set of services purchased were rendered in accordance with your service agreement. I suggest you become familiar with the agreement entered into before making assumptions as to fault or accountability. Reasonable effort was made to assist you. Courtesy extended beyond the scope of services by assisting you in duplication of requests already made on your account. Additional effort to assist you in duplication was not required after the specific set of services paid for were exhausted. You have conveyed frustration and emotion regarding matters we are not responsible for by contract. Had real issue exist with the service you received, appropriate measures to litigate or exercise arbitration clause in your contract would be required. You have elected to rant online or plead your grievance to a kangaroo court as your claim is without merit. You cite a time frame in your slanderous review that is inconsistent with the scope of services or level of support provided. Obligations due under the specific service agreement entered into have been meet and we are prepared to assert an appropriate defense to any frivolous claims bought forth in proper jurisdiction. Demand is furthermore made that you do not contact this office to scold or insult staff, this behavior is not appropriate. Adverse action will be taken.
