1 starMy neighbor and I were trying to split the cost on a fence dividing our yards. Fence Outlet came out for an estimate. My fence was to extend 2 panals past his , street side. The estimater told me the cost of the portion dividing our yards was $1300.I never received a quote, but got a text from their office(a month+ later) asking what my plans were going forward. My neighbor declined. I told them I never received a quote and they promptly sent the estimate over. I didn't understand their diagram completely and spoke with a rep in regards to it. Evidently I still didn't understand the diagram because when they came out they only installed the 2 panels and a gate on prementioned neighbors side ! ( more was done but doesn't pertain to the complaint). So I now have a gap between those 2 panels and the back fence, =68feet. When I called to see when work would be completed they told me is was,according to the estimate. I understand people do odd things but no one ever asked if this is what I wanted. The same estimater called and said, "oh, I put that section on the neighbors quote, not on yours". Now they want $1771 to complete the fence! When asked why it's more than the original quote he replied, " you're under 100 feet". Well, no kidding since you've already installed the back portion!! I accept that I am partially responsible for this mistake but this guy, who never sent me the quote to begin with, had me, the paying customer, drive to meet him and sign paperwork, and messed up the initial quote never even said a simple, I'm sorry. Obviously he doesn't take any responsibility for this and now it's costing me an additional $471 ! Guys like this should not be the 'face' of the company, talking with customers if he can't muster up some humility, even if he doesn't mean it. Thanks J****, for a lot of frustration and no positive recommendations to any one who's looking for a fence company.Fence Outlet of Tampa, Inc.

1 starTo began with the install to my fence was a nightmare. The guys that came out didn't speak English so to tell them that there was a problem wasn't possible. The guys that they sent were extremely messy garbage was left every where. My fence is 5ft smaller in the back then what the contract calls for which would of made my fence square with my house. I have holes from where the fence post were that they had to move after I got ahold of the company. I have been trying to call to get my fence fix with no response called 5 times and left messages. I started having issues with the fence dropping and that was in the first month. At this point I may have to get someone else out to fix the fence due to bad customer service. You are supposed to get a one year warranty on install, which doesn't seem to be the case. Some of the post have more concrete on the out side of the post then in the hole where grass will not grow now. Main point of this post is to try and get my fence fixed for the money I spent for 324 feet of fencing. Not returning phone calls or messages and they are not honoring the signed contract. If any part of the fence fails due to an error in the workmanship within the first year, we will correct it at no cost to you. Once it is out of warranty,there is a cost for labor and materials. Our records to not show that any installation issues were reported to us. We would be happy to arrange for a technician to come out to address any install issues. They are professional, reasonable priced and they put our fence up 19 yrs ago and we have not had any problems till Hurricane ****** when our neighbors tree fell on the fence and broke it. 5 starsAfter Milton blew down our lattice fence we decided to go with Vinyl. So we went to Fence Outlet. The show room was very well organized and I met Justin and I picked out what I needed for the back and a section to tie into my existing fence. He put everything together and placed the order and Amanda called and said the fence was in and we got it delivered. Everyone was so professional and very knowledgeable.Fence Outlet of Tampa, Inc.

5 starsFence Outlet keep their promise and gave us a fair price and installed the fence on the date related by the girl who sets it up. The product is sturdy and looks great. A property line survey was conducted before the start of the installation and the fence was installed right on the line. Hats off to Fence Outlet for job well done.
