    I purchased a product online that stated it was heavy and weighed about 300#. They called the day before notifying me that it would be delivered the following day. I explained to the driver that I live in a condo and that the product must be sent up to the unit's front door. They arrived early in the afternoon the following day and the driver stated he was waiting downstairs for someone to come and get the product. I explained to him again that deliveries to our building were not to be left downstairs and should be brought up to the unit. He refused. He stated that he did not receive any instructions about bringing it up to the resident unit. He stated it was too heavy to carry. How was I supposed to bring it up myself? I notified our building maintenance person and he did try to help him, however, the maintenance person stated the driver got frustrated that he had to bring it up and he couldn’t open the lock from his truck and just left, without saying a word or calling me. I notified the company about the incident and they were not willing to bring the product up to my unit. what kind of company delivers an extremely heavy product and leaves it for the customer to pick it up downstairs? I never received my product. they were putting me in danger.
