    On 11/23/2024 I called the mentioned company for then to pick up a box to be ship to my country. The driver came to my house pick up the box, game me the sales bill Y paid of cash $75.00 and signed without looking the sender or receiver info. I trust this company because I been sending boxes with then long time ago. So I didn't expect for the names been incorrect. The box it looks was deliver to wrong address because it got wrong sending and receiving info. I called the company they told me that After investigation I looks like I never send the box (according to then.) I have the copy of sale bill where I signed and where the driver put that I paid cash. I also have the record screen shot of the phone call that I did to the company for then to come and pick it up. I do a lot of sacrifice to be able to send stuff to my family, for this company been neglected and not taking responsibility about the situation. I would like my money Back for the shipping and money pay for the missing box or my box back. Thanks
