      Waste connections has a contract with me to come to my business once a week and has failed many times in the past. I have been in business with them since 2020. Not only do they miss to come but have also raised the price. I have never missed a payment, always have my business open and ready for the trash to pick up and yet they have failed to come by. I have called customer service each time they miss and they always reply with "tomorrow they'll pass by". They sometimes pass by the street and ignore to come by and pick up our trash. So eventually my trash will not be picked up until a whole other week but by then I have already gathered more trash, which leaves my business looking unsanitary and a mess. It is unfair to pay each month for the service and yet they can't meet with their half of the contract. I wish to terminate the contract due to the breach of contract that Waste Connections has committed. I have also left a ticket with their supervisor and they have not called me back. I have left a ticket for cancellation and after many days of trying to contact them, I finally spoke with a lady and she keeps denying that I'm telling the truth. If I were lying then why is it that others are going through the same thing.
