I am rejecting this response because:

Please, it is about the Complaint ID: ******* that was closed but I need to re-open that. I was in contact with the Westchase Gastroenterology and they gave me the name and the direct phone that you can contact. Name: ******* Phone: ************ (ask for him, please. They sent me again an invoice to be payed in the amount *****. It is not correct. Please, review the details that I put in the Complaint ID: ******* since I opened that. The Westchase Gastroenterology repeat the same, that they used the procedure for charge me. Again, I want to emphasize that I asked for receiving the result of my exam by phone and they said it was mandatory to go the clinic and doctor for receiving that. I was there just to receive the information that my exam was everything ok. Nothing more. And they wanted to charge me as it was an appointment. After my complaint, they told me that there was an option to be sent my result to my primary doctor. "But" they didnt tell me that before, only after my complaint. They only said it was mandatory I go to the clinic. No other option was put. I didnt waited that it would be considered an appointment. For this reason, I am asking to cancel the invoice of ***** $. Appreciate you could help me with that. It is not correct with me. It is not correct with everybody that they proceed in the same way. Thanks.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************

as there only to take the Result and no exam needed to be done. Despite that, they told me what I needed to do. I didn't see a reason for that. The doctor gave me the Result that nothing was happening and no treatment to be done.I was surprised when they sent a bill to my home that, for this day that I was there to take the result, I should need to pay ***** ** again. There is no sense.Of course, if they send to my Health Plan a code that it was an appointment to be evaluated by the doctor, the health plan will understand that it should be paid. But it is not fair, it is not correct.I didn't pay yet ***** that they are asking for because I would like to open this case. Doesn't make sense to make me go to the clinic as mandatory to take the result only which presented everything ok.Terrible situation and experience.I would like that they cancel this billing-related *****.Billing Account Number: ****** Thanks,***********************
