      The customer service support is nonexistent and although the rates for membership are very reasonable, their total lack of support through their forums is unbelievably horrible. There doesn't seem to be anyone to staff and monitor their online forum. I've seen some of their staff answers to questions but they are from many years ago, and rarely do I see anything recent and only to alert members to new features which seem to be few and far between. Members are sometimes the only ones to add answers in the past few years. I've tried to contact them through emails and their forums and there is zero support. The only times that I hear from the company is through emails at the end of the year alerting me to renew my membership and to buy their usb flashdrives as holiday gifts.
