      I have a **ntract with them - a three year and seven year limited warranty which is still in effect. I have called since ****** knocked out my generix generator and no one at the ** located in Tampa Florida has not gotten back to me and now its December 5 2024. My husband died June 5 2024 and I live by myself at the age of 82 and needed my generator to work through both of these storms and afterwards. No one called back or came. I had to call generi x **mpany to get help. I am furious the first time I needed this generator to work and it failed me and the ** that installed and serviced it

      The listed complaint is for a different Generator Supercenter, The Tampa Location is independently owned and a separate entity to this business. 

      Please file this complaint  with the correct business. I will however send the information to the  franchise team to hopefully address these issues with the correct business owner before escalation.

      I called set an appointment for Friday in October and **** (the service manager) Came on a Thursday. We had to make changes to our plans to accommodate them. Which was not a big deal. I just wish their communication was a bit better. When **** Looked at our generac he realize that they sent the wrong technician out and he wasn't able to service anything. We went ahead and paid because **** said that he would make sure the electrician comes out and replaces the parts needed in our transfer box. We have called more than a dozen times and **** and the receptionist tells us the electrician will call us back if he is able to get us on the schedule. As of today, It has been 30 days we haven't received any phone calls or communication from them. We have requested for our funds to be returned to us. With no response. We feel like we were duped and taken advantage of. **** was very nice and we believed that he was be honest and truthful with us but this isn't fair to do to people. I just want warn others from using this company.

      Hi. This complaint has been resolved.  Please remove this from their record.  They have apologized and finished the job.  Im very happy
