    do not use them do not trust them I had them out in July 2024, as the home was new to me and I had them service and put in brand new batteries in my generator after the tech finished that he asked if I wanted to purchase a maintenance contract plan moving forward. I said yes. I called them the beginning of April to set up a maintenance visit and asked what maintenance agreement i had and they told me. they came out change oil and filter and spark plugs they had to disconnect on module unit. and then they wanted to charge me an additional $325 stating I had already used that maintenance agreement one time option in July and I said no I paid for those batteries and then he added the maintenance agreement to that bill so they lied and led me to believe I had paid for a year maintenance agreement. they lied do not use them will find a better company not trying to take advantage of people
