    I initially met a representative of this agency at the Tampa Bay Home Show in ************* ** o/a Feb 2023. I had a consult at my home on March 3, 2023 where the gentleman (*****************) gave me an ************* wrote up a contract for service. I gave him the required deposit ($375). We made a tentative date for my gutter installation for May 2023. When I called to schedule, *********** told me he no longer worked for the company & instructed me to call the Tampa office. I called several times to resolve this issue using the ************** phone number (was told it was a call center/ I left a message for someone to call me back). No one did so I called the customer service # ************** several times over the last several months. The different persons who took my ************ inquiry were nice & told me someone would call me back. No one has returned my call. I want my deposit of $375 returned to me at this point.
