    BBB has received Scam Tracker reports concerning non delivery of products. Consumer reported that did not receive items they have purchased online from this company.

    "I've been using Terax shampoo and conditioner for years and have been buying it on Amazon.com. Unfortunately, they haven't had the product available so I googled "Terax hair care products" and a site came up called "teraxhaircare.com" The site looks extremely legitimate. I ordered two conditioners, because the shampoo wasn't available, on 11/7/21. The amount for both was $103.20. They took the money out of my account that day and sent a one-time email which was very brief thanking me for my order, an order number and amount charged. They said I should receive my products within 3 business days. That's the last time I heard from them. After about 9 to 10 days, I left them 2 voicemails, and 2 emails. No response. I left them a third voicemail a few days later and no response. That's when I called my credit card fraud department and reported this and thankfully, they gave me a temporary credit and said they would investigate the company. It is now Dec. 7 and I haven't heard a word back from the fraudulent company or received any products! Please do not get scammed like I did. This website needs to be shut down ASAP!"

    "12/16/21 @4:30pm PST - Placed order for (3) 16 oz. bottles of Original Crema + Keratin Conditioner. 12/16/21 @4:30pn PST - $162 was charged to my card. 12/23/21 @8:21am PST - I called the phone number (1.800.213.5531) listed on their website (https://www.teraxhaircare.com/), to follow-up on my order as I hadn't gotten an email with an update of my order being fulfilled, shipped, or tracking information. The voicemail message on their recorder said their offices weren't open. 12/29/21@10:00am PST - I called the same phone number again and got the same message. This time, I received a text on my cell moments later stating something of the likes of, 'for a quicker reply to your inquiry, send an email to [email protected]'. 12/29/21 @10:08am PST - I emailed [email protected] stating, "Hi Jackie, I hope you're well this holiday season. I placed an order #xxxxx, on December 16th for 3 bottles of 16 oz. bottles of Original Crema + Keratin Conditioner. I haven't received any further update that my item has shipped or the status of my order. I would greatly appreciate being provided an update of my order and when to expect the delivery of my order." 1/3/22 9:56am PST - I sent another email off of my previous email stating, " Hi Jackie, Floating this email to the top of your inbox. I would appreciate an update of my order ASAP.". 1/11/22 @2:33pm PST - I filed a dispute on the transaction with my CC company."
