  In June 2024 I ordered two bottles, was supposed to receive 2 free additional bottles and only supposed to be charged no more than $99. My credit card was charged $199.99. I received 4 bottles. I called the company several times over several days but could not get through. When I finally talked with someone, they said they would not refund my money but give me a discount. And although I asked to stop receiving product, they sent 4 more bottles and charged my credit card $189.99!! My credit card continued to be charged $189.99 in September and October but did not receive more product. I called the credit card company to see if they could help but was told to contact the company directly. I called today, 11/18/24. The lady tried to get me to stay a customer by offering to adjust scheduled delivery to two month intervals instead of monthly. I declined and told her to cancel my subscription. She said she cancelled the subscription and will send an email to confirm cancellation. Strange that she said the email may show up in 48 hrs. I have my doubts. This organization is scamming people. I would like to have my money refunded that was taken in September and October but did not receive product. I never used the product after I read the ingredients that are nothing extraordinary and I realized it was a scam.

  I ordered 6 bottles and it sent me 6 with oils I did not want to order. I called right away they gave me a 50% discount. I tried them for a week. Didn't work at all. Called to cancel and get my money back, they said they can't do that. It was within the 30 days. 2 weeks later I got another shipment and was charged ******. I called again they said I can not return or get my money back. Of course I was not happy so I asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up. So I called back told this new lady what had happened she said she could help me. So she offered a coupon for half my money back and to keep the products I didn't want in the first place and that I had already canceled. So I asked again to speak to a supervisor and she said they was in a meeting all day. This is clearly on them cuz all my calls are recorded cuz I asked. FRAUD is all I have to say.

  I responded to an ad on my cell phone. The ad was deceitful because after the order was mailed for two bottles of gummies, two bottles of oil were included and charged to the account. I phoned the company to cancel my account but the company continued to send the product for additional months. In spite of my phone calls to the company they refused to accept unopened product and they charged my card. I filed a fraud claim with bank and cancelled my card. **********

  Wont stop charging me. Call the same day the charge appears and they say item already shipped and can only give partial refund. Have asked multiple times to cancel any further orders and stop charging me. Going to have to get a new card and dispute charges with my bank.

  Worthless product and scam billing method. If you make any order with this company they automatically ship a second order. Be careful because they also tried to double charge me.

  Do not ever do business with Earth Life Hemp or Activgenix. They are a fraudulent company that once they get your account information will not stop trying to take money out. I even changed my card number and they are still trying to take money from my card. I purchased Activgenix CBD gummies thinking they were backed by Sharktank from a link on Facebook, it didn't say Earth Life Hemp anywhere on it. It did say if they didn't work I could return unopened bottles for a refund within 30days, it took 2 weeks to get them, and 2 weeks after I got them they tried to take another payment $239.99. I had been trying to contact the company since a few days after I ordered them, I tried to reply to emails I had received and tried to log onto Activgenix.com but it said there was no order history. When they tried to draft my card again, I contacted Earth Life Hemp to find out why they were drafting my card. They claimed I signed up for a monthly delivery of 6 bottles. Why on Earth would I want 6 bottles a month? There was nothing about a monthly subscription when I ordered them. She refused to give me a refund, for what I think is just candy, so I contacted my card issuers to get the money returned. They have tried two more times to draft my account, even though they canceled the card that was used and issued me a new card. I don't understand how they are doing this but you need to be very careful, don't ever provide this company access to any accounts, and don't waste your money cause their products don't work.

  I bought what I thought was going to be a buy one get one free for ***** and ended up with a charge of aprox 170 $ . I called immediately after I ordered to cancel and they said that they couldnt. They also added some CBD oil which I didnt sign up for. They did give me a discount which brought it down to 129$. I canceled any future orders (I thought). I just chalked it up to me learning just another ******* Then a month later I looked at my bank statement and there was another charge for 129$ .I called them and they said they couldnt stop that shipment---but they would cancel any future orders. I called back another time to make sure that it was totally cancelled. I still didnt feel sure that that was going to be true so I called my bank and they put through a dispute and I got my latest charge returned. ****** learned. DONT order from a company like this.

  Do NOT order products from this company which is tied to Earth Life eHemp. They sent my mom (senior citizen with no English or Internet knowledge) $500 worth of CBD bottles and enrolled her in a monthly subscription. When I called these two companies' phone numbers, I learned those two businesses are connected. I have no idea how they got their hands on my mom's credit card, but I filed a dispute with our bank. They are targeting senior citizens and using credit card info stolen on the internet to aggressively market and target their products.
