      I contracted with Hive and *********************, the owner of Hive, to complete the installation of lighting, lighting controls, shades and a sound bar. After almost a year, the project is still not complete. I have made several attempts to contact the business to finish the lighting controls project. The total contracted value was over $150,000. The lighting controls project alone was approximately $40,000.

      First of all I would like to apologies as I truly know this project has not gone as smoothly as we would all have liked.  We had used the Bang and Olufsen Living Intelligence system for the the third of only three systems we have ever utilized this product on. After discovering its short comings we agreed to remove and replace it with Control 4 system ( nearly double the cost ) at no charge for your inconvenience. In addition we gave a full refund on the Halo remote as you didn't like its functionality.

      I like you want to make sure the installation is completed to your total satisfaction and we will not stop until it is at that point , at the typing of this email ******** is on site completing/updating the programming to your specifications. Once that portion is completed and then you pay the balance owed we will have the Vitrea Light switches engraved and schedule them to be swapped out ( approximently 30 minutes worth of work ) 

      With any technology you can run into hurdles and we pried ourself on making it right even in the face of adversity, again I apologize for the issues and the length of time it has taken to complete this project ,my only hope is that you will enjoy the completed end product and will be satisfied that we continued to do the right thing and get the project over the finish line .
