      Permit was issued on March 28th of 2019 for ******************************* doing business as P and C Construction to do a complete roof repair at *******************************************************************************. He was paid $6,000 for the roof and another $2,700 for extra materials and wood. He has been completely paid for the job. In September of 2022 my mother ******************* notice leaking in the roof between her bedroom and kitchen wall. The bottom cabinets sink and dishwasher have had to be taken out so the drywall could be ripped out because of mold issues. The homeowners insurance has been out and inspected the roof and says they will not replace or repair anything due to errors of the roofing company they sense have put a tarp and sandbags on the area of the leaking roof and have left it that way. My mother has called **** numerous times and he has told her to take pictures of the roof. She then proceeded to get on the roof to take the pictures and felt very ill after being up there for a little while I told her once she felt like she could to come down once she was three steps down on the ladder she started to have a mild seizure so I got her off the ladder and put her on her side and then called in EMTs when they arrived She had a major seizure so they admitted her to the hospital where the doctor stated she was no longer allowed to be on the roof. I have since received power of attorney over her and her home to seek repairs for damages or a refund. I feel that he is taking advantage of her situation I'm not sure if you is aware she is mentally ill and physically ill as well. I'm at a disadvantage because I cannot locate the contract and when I went to his office they cannot locate it either. I'm hoping that you can help me recover some of the money to help her repair the damage her home is becoming inhabitable with no kitchen and walls which go to the garage and are open so she has no way to heat or cool her home as well. I appreciate you looking over this and taking the time to read it. Sincerely ***********************
