      Via a crowd funding platform(startengine)invested in the company product. After 2022 there wasnt any communication with any of the investors.

      I placed an order for two control devices with this company totaling $538.00. I still have not received my products. I have been corresponding with the company regarding the delays for some time now. They have since change their name. My last contact with the new company name was in November 2022 when I requested a refund. I was asked to provide my name and order numbers. I later supplied the required and attached information to the company. My last emails (8 or more) have gone unanswered. I am seeking a refund for the total amount or immediate shipment of my devices. PLEASE HELP!

      Backed AtmosHome for their smart home controller product back in April 2019. I contacted them again in May 2020 on ******** notifying them there was no update since December 2019. I received a response from their chatbot that said deliveries would commence in 3-4 weeks. I still have not heard back. Now, I notice they have changed their name and website and are back crowdfunding for the same product. They are now located at https://www.axxios.io. Email: ***************************** I have reached out to see if they reply. Hoping to get a resolution on the status of production and expected product delivery date.

      Company contacted me; no resolution but to wait until project completed, timeframe TBD. Axxios was previously AtmosHome.
