    Im filing a complaint against ****** ********* (expired NJ License #************* and ********************** HQ (*********************************************************, 1-************) for a negligent ******************************* $12,780 in foundation repairs at ***********************************************************On December 5, 2017, *********, then with Pillar To Post (*********************, **********), inspected my home pre-purchase (Report No. 391119-587). His report noted no visible damage to the carrier beam and sill plate (crawlspace accessed), but on February 25, 2025, Cornerstone Structural quoted $12,780 to replace these improper components (Estimate #****). *** owned since December 2017. ********* missed a Material Defect under N.J.A.C. 13:40, impacting habitability.His license is expired, and *** ***** ******************************************************************************, who took over his franchise, says hes left the system and wont help (February 26 reply). Ive contacted Pillar To Post HQ via their contact form (February 26) and have called numerous times, demanding Alexanders 2017 E&O insurance with no response yet. NJs 6-year discovery rule (from February 25, 2025) supports my claim.Pillar To Posts refusal to provide insurance details violates consumer fairnessAlexander was their franchisee in 2017. I want:Alexanders 2017 E&O insurer identified.Assistance claiming $12,780 for repairs due to his negligence.Please note Ive avoided a lawyer to resolve this directlyHQs silence forces this step. Documents (report, estimate, Gobles reply) are available. Please investigate and compel Pillar To Post to act.
