  I entered into a agreement for Instaservice to re-do my bathroom for the amount of $4100.00. Which he asked for a deposit of $2000 to start the job. I purchased all the supplies like tile, grout and glue basically everything to do the bathroom. He sent one of his employees to tear old bathroom and a plumber to re-plumb the lines for me. Then he had another employee to come and do the tiling. The person doing the tiling was not experienced and the tile i had provided had to be ripped out for him to re-do again which obviously cost me more money. Then he started the tiling again but he obviously did not know how to tile and used exesive glue and the project was a mess. I spoke ***** about this but he did not seem interested on the items i addressed with him. Which after this no one was showing up to do the project so I had to fire him and hire another contractor to complete the job. This cost me $1500 to buy more supplies due to the incompetence of t his employee not knowing how to tile. I did speak to him about being reimbursed for my extra cost due to his employee messing up the tile. He did not reimburse me and nor did he give me any money back from my deposit. So basically the job cost me $2000 for rip and plumbing and an extra $1500 to replace the supplies wasted by his tiler.

  I hired this company to put in new counter tops, sink and waste disposal. A few things happened, the counters are great but ***** made a few mistakes on the install. The waste disposal he did not take the plug off the end for the dishwaster which caused damage to the dishwasher, i had to have the it repaied an been with out it for over 2 months. Then i had to have someone else out to fix the faucet which was lose, found out he put the nut on wrong, i had to pay for someone else to fix this as i did not get any response from instaservice.
