I am filing this complaint due to the repeated and inappropriate behavior of a salesman who has come to my residence multiple times despite being clearly told that I am not interested in the services he is selling.I have found these repeated visits to be not only intrusive but also unsettling as I am woman that lives alone. On each occasion, I made it explicitly clear that I was not interested. Unfortunately, my request has been completely disregarded. After the most recent visit, I decided to call the company to speak with a manager. I was connected with a woman who identified herself as ****** *******, a manager but not the salesmans immediate manager. Rather than taking my concerns seriously, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Throughout our conversation, she laughed and made light of the situation, which only added to my distress. This behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and makes me feel unsafe in my own home. I am requesting that this salesman and company cease all contact with me immediately.

Dear Ms. ************ style="box-sizing: inherit; color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: *****-****, *****-Fractions, appleLogo, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-variant-ligatures: common-ligatures; background-color: rgb(248, 248, 248);">Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the distress and frustration youve experienced. Your safety, comfort, and peace of mind are of the utmost importance to us, and we deeply regret that our teams actions have fallen short of these standards.

First, let me assure you that we take your concerns with the utmost seriousness. No individual should ever feel unsafe in their own home, and it is unacceptable that our representative continued to visit your residence after you clearly expressed disinterest. We have immediately instructed the salesman in question to cease all contact with you, and we are conducting a thorough internal review to ensure this behavior is not repeated. Additionally, we will reinforce training for our team to emphasize respect for boundaries and professional conduct.

Regarding your interaction with Ms. ******** we are equally troubled by the description of her response. Professionalism and empathy are non-negotiable in our customer interactions, and we will address this matter directly with her and her leadership team to ensure accountability and prevent such lapses in the future.
To ensure your concerns are resolved promptly, I have personally escalated this case to our senior management and compliance team. You will receive written confirmation within 24 hours that all contact from our company has ceased, and I am available to speak with you directly at your convenience. Please feel free to contact me at ********************************** if you have any further questions, require additional support, or would like to discuss next steps.

Someone named **** with this company came to my house at 9pm, came through my backyard fence which is locked from the outside so she had to reach inside the gate to open it, And it states dog bites, and knocked on my back door to try and sell me solar. I'm guessing she didn't use the front door because that has a no soliciting sign. It was dark outside and all my lights were off. I tried to call the phone number listed on the company website to file a complaint and it's not a working number. So this company is a scam and/or uses unethical workers. What company doesn't even have a working phone number and allows their employees to trespass at 9pm at night?

    Dear *****,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the alarming experience you described. This is not reflective of our standards, and we deeply regret the frustration and concern this caused you.
First, let me assure you that visiting a home at 9pm, ignoring "no soliciting" signs, or bypassing safety warnings (like your backyard fence) is completely unacceptable and violates our company policies. Were urgently investigating this incident to ensure it never happens again.
Im also troubled to hear you couldnt reach us via our listed phone number. Weve verified and updated our contact information, and youre welcome to reach me directly at ************** to discuss this further. Your feedback is invaluable, and wed appreciate the chance to make this right.
Again, I apologize for the distress this caused. Were reinforcing training with our team to prevent such situations, and we hope to rebuild your trust in us.

    Warm regards, Customer Care Manager
