    My realtor created this policy for me and to my surprise this companys website does not even open up. I have been trying for almost a week but its still down. They are not reachable on phone either. Since they are not reachable by any means of communication, it raises a lot of suspicion. I am not sure if globe home protection is still in business or went bankrupt. In the current circumstances Its equivalent to a scam. Others please check their website before purchasing any policy. I also wonder how would you purchase a policy since they are not reachable at all. Hope this would be helpful for others who are looking for a trustworthy home warranty company. This one is definitely not worth of your valuable time and money.

    My Washer and Dishwasher is not working and I submitted the claims. The technicians came and said, for Washer motor is bad and it's better to replace the entire unit. GHP said over the phone call, that they can reimburse $319.99 (ONLY) once I purchase a new Washer and sent the receipts. Now I am concerned after reading so many reviews and complaints about them not reimbursing and playing "cat and mouse" game and not picking up the calls. I have been calling the Claims/Sales since morning and no one is picking up my calls. I want them to send me a confirmation on agreed amount to be reimbursed and timelines. They also said, for Dishwasher they are reviewing the price for reimbursement, but unfortunately I have not been able to reach them out and get their confirmation. It is very difficult to reach out to them if you run into maintenance problems and further follow ups. I would not recommend anyone to purchase GHP.

    My old hot water heater developed a leak and needed replacing. **** did a great job coordinating the process including sending an excellent repair man to handle the installation. Im very pleased.**************
