      I'm not sure why we come to BBB because nothing changes... The way the staff workers speak to the clients at the Tampa housing authority is horrible and the compliance department is supposed to listen to the issues and presented evidence however they don't their all aging the people how is the agency helping people better themselves when more people are becoming homeless. They people are afraid to speak and the ones that aren't afraid no ones hears their voices if your low income with no money your a nobody and that's sad . Things need to change people from never know what the next person is experiencing at home which is why they're are so many people suffering from mental health today.tanpa housing needs to be investigated.

      This company has some of the worst business practices known to man. It does not matter if they s**** up on something they will take no accountability at all and will penalize program participants for things outside of their control. The ***** caseworkers care absolutely NOTHING about the families on their caseloads and take pleasure in s******* up families living situations.

      Hard to believe that people who are in the business of customer service rather not serve customers. Since being told by my landlord that this state is landlord friendly is sad. My landlord robbed me of my items in my household without the opportunity to remove my items, and kept my security deposit and evicted me is crazy. People are heartless! The worst housing agency in all of the states. Just know that what you do to people will be done back in return. It may skip a generation or two but surely it shall fall back into you. To all the workers who have no heart time will definitely bless you.

      The customer service rep ( MARY) IS AN AWFUL PERSON TO BE IN THE POSITION SHE STILL HAVE, I KNOW SHE HAS BEEN THERE FOR YEARS AND MAYBE SHE NEEDS NEW MILLIEUM TRAINING!!!!! I KNOW THINGS HAVE CHANGED EVERYWHERE AND YOU THINK MOST PEOPLE IN POSITIONS THAT REQUIRE PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY, PATIENCE AND THE RESPECT OF HAVING A JOB WOULD APPRECIATE THAT JUST ALONE. MARY NEED TO BE RETRAINED FOR HER POSITION AND LOTS OF PEOPLE CO PLIANT ABOUT HER BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT ATTITUDE, IT'S JUST ?? ??
