      I was promised a 100$ gift card as a result of signing up for internet services from ****** as part of their promotion on March 2024. I filled out rebate information, sent a copy of my first billing statement,and all documents needed to receive this 100$ gift card. Elite Fullfillment group told me this card was processed and mailed to me in April; I received no card! I followed up with another phone call, July, customer *** told me via phone call, that another card would be issued, still NO rebate, followed up with them again August , told again via phone another card was issued, expecting it in 14 business days, it is now the end of August, still no rebate! Please look into this!

      There was an error on the banks end with the reissue request on 7/29 and 8/26. Both times the bank confirmed with us that the card had been reissued, when in fact it had not. Upon the third time of following up with the bank for the 8/26 reissue requesting tracking, the bank informed us once again this had not been reissued due to an apparent address issue on their part. They informed us this has been corrected on 9/3 and reissued with tracking. This is an unusual situation that somehow fell through the cracks on the banks end, as we were informed the card was reissued both times. This card was finally reissued and shows as delivered as of 9/9.

      Signed up for Dish thru Elite, they promised a $150 **** card at that time, approximately August 27. I have called several times and promised it would be sent within 2 wks. I have heard nothing since; and received nothing. Last call I made; was promised it would be sent. I mailed all the required documentation which was confirmed they received.

      I qualified for a $400 gift card as a new customer with dish network. I followed all steps to submit my rebate and waited for months and was given the run around by both dish and elite regarding my gift card. Ultimately they told me it was too late and they no longer have that promotion. I want out of my dish contract because elite didnt fulfill their end and me never getting the $400 promotional **** card.

      Unfortunately, we are not in any way or form responsible for the amount our clients offer to their customers.  We are only contracted by our client to send the customers rebate forms after the offer, in order for the customer to complete their redemption.  We follow all business rules set in place by our clients.  We originally emailed this customer on 10/3/2022 for their $50 offer.  Customer contacted us on 11/3/2022 and we went over all instructions to redeem and provided the expiration date of 12/2/2022.  Customer submitted incomplete documentation therefor the offer was not fulfilled.  In good faith, we will honor the offer we have on file and will send the $50 via **** Tracking **** **** **** **** 2563.

In the mist of having their service and the past year I have encountered issues with my ************* of a pregnancy and the gift card promo was the farthest thing on my mind although much needed. My husband did acknowledge that he can possibly recall us receiving same in the mail at some point but *** have misplaced it. My name should have been on the gift card and the services are solely in my name and I have never saw the card nor aware of what their cardholder agreement could possibly be as far as how to use and or what the expiration date would be. I was having a casual conversation with a Vivint rep and the gift card came up. Thats when I was advised to contact either Elite or **** of America to issue. My husband called Elite and advised them that he misplaced the card and was advised that the card had expired and could not be re-issued and used as there was now a 0 balance. I called **** of America and was told the same. My husband's name is not on the account and should not be on any cards sent related to our VIvint services. If what he does think came could have been the card, we never used or activated the card so not sure how we could be aware or bound by any terms in the cardholder agreement that *** have accompanied the card outlining the specific terms and conditions. Elite stated that **** of America keeps the funds after they are expired which makes me question the integrity of both companies.

      This customer's card was shipped on 5/10/2022 and the customer was notified.The customer was notified when the card had not been activated via text on 5/31/2022 to activate their card or contact Elite Fulfillment to request the card to be reissued if they had not received it. All gift cards do expire after 6 months and the bank does keep the funds at expiration; Elite Fulfillment is not sent funds back from the bank for any expired cards. Due to this, a card cannot be reissued to the customer.

       

      Due to the circumstances with the customer's health situation, we have contacted the bank to attempt to have the funds issued to the customer in the form of a check. It is not a guarentee that the bank will reissue the funds. This has to go through an approval process through the bank and we are waiting to be given the results of this process. We have contacted this customer to update them on this and will continue to update the customer on any results we receive.

      I was promised a 300 gift card when ordering dish I have not received despite my contacting Elite Group in writing this has been since 10/22

      The customer did not submit a billing statement required for receiving the gift card. The gift card offer is only for $100.00, not $300.00 and the customer was informed of the $100.00 amount by Infinity. We will be honoring the $100.00 gift card for this customer despite the missing billing statement.

      After moving to a new home in September 2022, I had ************ installed, and was advised of an install incentive in the form of a ******* Rewards card. I was sent an email link with specific information regarding the promotion, and after successfully entering the information, online instructions advised to download the form from Elite Fulfillment Group. I printed the form, completed the requisite information and included the first two pages of my billing statement, and mailed to the address on the form on September 21, 2022. The *** reward/Elite Fulfillment form states that Rebate will be mailed within 60 days of complying with and properly completing the rebate submission requirements. Today, I called the Elite Fulfillment Group phone number on the Rewards Card form to inquire about the status of the rebate, as 60 days has passed. I was advised, with attitude, that they didnt have anything from me, and they arent responsible for what they dont receive, AND, that the window for that incentive is closed and basically, tough luck. I have copies of my forms, and, the terms also state that a customer has up to 60 days after install to submit the form, which then allows for another 60 days for EFG to process the reward. If they choose to use snail mail instead of online submissions for these incentives, they immediately default to we didnt receive it and no one can prove one way or the other. At the same time, if they are missing mail, per people calling to inquire about their missing rewards card, what are they doing to address missing mail? I was offered an incentive reward for the Dish install. I followed the instructions. I would like Elite Fulfillment to complete their role in the process here, and perhaps incentivize better attitudes from their employees to boot. I have attached a copy of the email for the reward, and a copy of my submission. Thank you.

      I was promised a $100 gift card when I signed up with Earthlink. I was given Elite Fulfillment Groups phone number by Earthlink and told me to contact them to get the gift card. I contacted them about a month ago and they sent me an email containing a link to click on to verify some details. It gave me a form to print out and fill out with my signature so that is what I did and an Elite Fulfillment Group representative told me to mail it them and the specified PO Box listed on the form. I asked them why do I have to mail it in? Is there a more easier more efficient way of doing this like an Esignature document and they said no there is not so there I go to the post office to mail it in on Monday 10/31/2022. I chose the digital gift card option on the form. I call back on Friday 11/4/2022 just to give it time to be delivered and they told me they have not received it yet and then the representative told me would you like to just take a picture of the signed form and email it to us? I said why wasn't this an option the first time? Why did I have to take time off of work to go the post office to mail it when I could have just printed it out, signed it, took a picture, and email it? The representative was just quiet on the phone not answering my question. So I said whatever I'll send it in as soon as possible. That same Friday 11/4/2022 I printed out the form, signed it, took a clear picture, and emailed it to them. I called back Thursday 11/10/2022 and they said they did receive it finally. They said check my email inbox nothing check your spam nothing. Then the representative says look like there is a programming issue? What? Said a supervisor would call me never did. Called back again today Friday 11/11/2022 and another representative said you should have received it, nothing. Rep said it has been sent out to you already and I told him I haven't got anything then he changed what he said and told me I have to wait 7 days for processing so that I can get it. What?

      I signed up for DISHTV to be installed October 2nd. The sales person promised me a customer incentive of $150. I was told I would receive the gift cards in the mail in the next 2 weeks. So,I wait a few weeks and call Dish. They say the incentive is fulfilled by Elite Fullfillment. A few calls later I was told it would have come in the form of a email I believe August 13th. I go look thru my spam file, my unwanted file and my trash file. There is nothing from them anywhere. I call another Elite phone number and he repeats the same spiel but adds if I don't use it soon it will expire beginning 0f November. So, I have to wait at least 5-7 days to get the form in the mail and send it back to him quickly or I lose the incentive. Plus, he says the sales person only said $100. That is not true. Elite is only going to cover the $100. If I get all the forms here and back within their time frame. This company is super shady and I have no idea why ****** associates with them. If I loose any part of the $150 I was promised I'm going to be really upset. The way they do business is a disgrace.

      There is a process for receiving the gift card and the forms do have to be sent in. This account does not expire until 11/11/2022, so as long as the forms are received by that date the gift card will be sent out.

       

      Elite does not determine card amounts, we only fulfill the cards after all of the proper forms have been received. If there is a discrepancy with the amount set for the card, Dish will have to be contacted at ************
