      I'm retired from a large grocery chain and waiting my small pension to be processed. This company has given me stress!!! I have faxed and mailed notarized forms to them and for the life of me I don't understand why the forms continue to get lost. I called this morning to ensure all forms were received and that my paperwork is being processed. Not to my surprise I was told that a form wasn't received after another worker told me previously that everything was. I was LIVID!!! It cost me 20.00 a page for forms to be notarized, but who cares. They sit on their lazy *** and provide inadequate information. The workers are inconsistent with their communication. This company is DISORGANIZED and their employees need extensive training.

      **************** is horrible, I was told completely different things every time I'd call to try to get the insurance figured out as TWO separate hospitals couldn't bill them because my acct would show as inactive although Zenith would say it's active. Everytime they'd do something to seem like they're helping it'd be "wait 30 days" and finally my bill went into collections. They refused to do a 3 way call with the hospital even though something was incorrect on *****'s end. And when they said they'd email ***** and I'd receive information in 1-3 days, I called back a month later and they stated they still haven't heard back from *****, and then I just never heard about it again. I could go on and on about what a horrible, horrible experience it has been dealing with Zenith for the past 9 months, it has been truly miserable and the worst customer support I've ever experienced. I am never one to complain about customer service as I know there is a lot beyond the employees control, but at this point it was just rediculous.

      This company is by far the poorest excuse of a third party Benefits administrator!! Honestly, who would pick them and who would keep them once they realize that this company is a joke! There's always an "issue" every time I try to get reimbursements! Two months I've been waiting for reimbursements and every time I call there's always an issue!! I have to do this or I have to do that, I didn't complete certain paperwork! I loathe this company! I cannot believe my husbands local Uses these jokers!!!
