      We have been trying to contact this company for cancellation. They have not responded. Their correspondence contains contact information and links that do not work.

      The contact information we received in the letter we received from Benefytt in order to cancel our coverage:*********************************** Phone #: ************ Both were invalid. I also submitted two requests through their website to which none were responded to.It was only until I filed a complaint that I received proper communication.This is poor conduct of business.

      If I could rate them lower than a 1 star, I would. Every morning, I get a robocall from '******' at Totalhealth, can you hear me. Then, when I am connected to a 'licensed' Medicare agent, they claim that they didn't call me, that they have never talked to me before, then promise to put me on a 'Do Not Call' list. Then I am called again the next morning. When asked for a supervisor, the employee will claim that it is impossible to talk to a supervisor. When pointing out that using robocalls are illegal, I had one caller claim that he's just an employee, so can't be responsible. It's an absolute scam.
