    The contractor has ignored phone calls and texts the last 3months after signing a contract on 11/2/2022 and giving a down payment of $1000. I have asked for my refund in down payment multiple times, and for my 3D blueprints via phone call, and text messages (Andre ****** The owner ***** and his wife will not answer our calls and we are unable to leave voicemails because the mailbox is full. On 11/2/2022 we signed a contract with ************** with AR Contracting FL LLC aka "Outdoor Kitchen and Grills" stating we would pay $60,000 for an outdoor patio project (outdoor kitchen, fire pit area, covered roof structure, and floor and foundation). ***** and his wife met my husband and I at our home to sign the contract and to collect my $1000 down payment given to him that same day via check number ****. The company cashed this check the next day. I was told by ***** on 11/2/2022 that it would take 4 weeks for him and his team to begin construction. I have not heard from the company ever since and for several months now. I got one text back responding to my refund request several weeks after from ***** stating they would get back to me. Ever since he has been un- responsive via text, phone call, and email. The company doesn't respond to emails to the email address listed on their website. I tried to visit the company's physical address listed on their website, but I found another man who works for another business who told me he hasn't seen the owner of "Outdoor Kitchen and Grills" in months and is unsure if the business even exists. I have still yet to receive the pictures of the 3D renderings and refund. I've attempted to call and text him over 5 times without any response. I am forced to resort to other measures to resolve this issue. It has been three months since I signed a contract with this company, and I would like a refund of my $1000 down payment due to their lack of professionalism and scams.
