    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent incident I experienced at the Cuba La Bella . The mistreatment and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the office staff are truly disappointing and require immediate attention. I was met with extreme rudeness, mistreatment, and even yelling from the office personnel. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the principles of customer service and respect. Furthermore, when I requested copies of my documents for my personal records, one of the staff members blatantly refused to provide them to me without any valid reason. It is my right as a customer to receive copies of my own documents, and the denial of this basic service further exemplifies the unprofessional conduct prevalent within the office. I want to emphasize that as a member of the public, I expect to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect when interacting with this kind of office. The behavior I encountered at the Cuba la Bella Immigration Office not only left me feeling disrespected but also eroded my trust in the office and its commitment to serving the public.
