      I paid for a Laser Vision Retreatment Evaluation on 5/3/22 at *************** TLC location where I had completed my Lasik procedure. Not only did I go back twice for an evaluation, but 3 times. At the 1st evaluation in May **************************************************** 6 months to make sure my prescription didn't change before moving forward with the retreatment. I went back 6 months later in Nov. 2022 for my 2nd evaluation and the doctor stated my prescription changed slightly, so they wanted to see me again for a 3rd time to make sure it didn't change any further. I then went back for my 3rd and final evaluation in Jan. 2023, only to see a different doctor who then told me that they don't recommend the *** touch-up/retreatment and just gave me a prescription for long-distance driving glasses. Getting long-distance driving glasses completely defeats the purpose of getting the Lasik procedure done, and my optometrist who I see once a year, already gave me a long-distance prescription for glasses if I want to get myself a pair (again defeats the purpose of getting the Lasik procedure) prior to visiting Westchester TLC.At this point, I just want my $99 refunded back to me for the Retreatment Evaluation as I feel that TLC wasted my time for almost 8 months and made me come in for 3 separate appointments, just to ultimately tell me that they don't recommend a retreatment.

      I recieved Lasic Eye Surgury in 2018. I chose the company TLC because they offered a warranty if vision has decreased. After visiting my eye doctor, it was found that my vision was decreasing and I called to get warranty information regarding how far my vision would have to decrease to qualify for the warranty. They informed me that the TLC center I attended went out of buisness and that the parent company TLC does not honor the warranty. There is another TLC in Florida which I could go to and they said it was not an option. They gave me the nubmer of their lawyer. When I finally was able to contact the Lawyer, he says he doesn't know why his number was provided. He is only over the trust, not warranty disputes. I believe that if a company falls under the TLC brand, that TLC should assist me with correcting my eyesight. I chose them because they are a known brand and was unaware that if they closed the Tampa office that my warranty would not be honored.
