    Moved a load for this company, Advised them that if the load didn't deliver the next day I won't be able to deliver. ****** assured me that it was set for the following day. Pick the up the load on Monday the paper work stated the delivery date was for Wednesday. I again called the broker to let him know that The paper work stated Wednesday delivery. He advised me the appointment was for 12pm the next day. Make it to the delivery location ************ The next day customer refused to unload me due to the appoinment was set for Wednesday. I callled the broker now they tell me it was a mistake on the customer side. Once again told them had advised the broker I wasn't able to deliver the day the receiver was saying the load was set to deliver. I told the broker that I had to go they were trying to offer a layover($150) again I stated I couldn't stay out as I had a child at home. then told them they would have to pay me to take it back and pay to redeliver. Long story short made it back to the shipper to get it off loaded and they tell me The shipper would not allow me to offload. I called the shipper/customer Directly and they confirmed the actual delivery date was in Fact Wednesday and that it was the brokers error and even agreed to pay to redeliver. the Broker agreed to my rate, Once the load was delivered and paperwork submitted they refused to pay stating I was holding the load hostage(even though I clearly indicated that I wasn't to the Customer as well as to the broker prior to redelivering. then they said I blocked the entrance so trucks couldn't get through. I was like how If I'm In ******* and the delivery location was in ************( Make that make sense). To date they still refuse to pay me....... I have all the email correspondances with the brokers and customers.....
