We are new to Automated Mailroom and surprise they will actually answer their phones! Everyone has been very courteous, helpful and quick to assist. Everyone from installation, training and phone support made our install an easy and painless process. We do have to mention the office had the best time with **** today (thanks ****). I am the office manager for a small law firm in ********, *******. I grew so weary of dealing with *********************** and was glad to have found Automated Mailroom! Their customer service is stellar, their IT ***** is incredibly responsive and everyone I have worked with has been informative and helpful. That being said, I rarely have to call them. Their postal equipment is easy to use, we were given instructions on its use and it conforms perfectly with our needs. I know they offer larger or smaller units depending on the volume of mail you produce, so as we grow, we can change up seamlessly. They not only save us money on the rental of the equipment, they save us money on postage, and they are very good about informing us of postal rates, changes, and how we can save even more money. I highly recommend this company and do so whenever I get the opportunity.Automated Mailroom, LLC
