    Missing package for the 4th time with this company. At 12:53 on 05/13/24 I received an email from *** stating package delivered at lockers. I went to get the mail. The *** delivery was still on property about 1pm. I asked him if he placed the package in lockers because I never received the access code since lockers are digital. Once package is placed in lockers the kiosk will text my phone an access code to retrieve it. The delivery guy says he did not deliver that package. I asked my property office staff to check all lockers they did infront of us and said there was nothing in any for me. I filed a claim with *** as advised by delivery guy. I was than called by the actual delivery person who turned out to be a female not the male on site. She called me from **********. She stated that I have to wait 3 days and it was just a bag. That I should report to company so they can replace my items. Not sure what is going on but this is the 3rd time a package goes missing with a female delivery personal with ***.

    This location has been stealing packages and delaying delivery. They stole a package last month that had to be replaced by seller. Not they have been emailing me in the past two days about delivering a package they have yet to deliver to answer for. I filed a claim on both packages no response or delivery as of yet on either.

    Tracking # 1Z7V80869026086399. Dropped this package (return to ***** off on 5/22/23. Tracking ended after that. As of today, 6/5/23, the package still has not arrived at ***** I called the store on 5/30 and spoke to ***** who said she had a line of customers but would call me back (she didnt). I called again later and a different woman told me its in transit (8 days later with no tracking info). I opened an investigation that same day. *** then closed it on 6/1 saying they couldnt reach the receiver. I called again that same day to the *** claims **** and spoke to a woman who said she was reopening my investigation and gave me case number C0155482930. She told me to call back on Monday, 6/5 as they needed to check lost and found. I called claims again today, 6/5 and was told that that woman never reopened the investigation but that they would do so today. And that they needed 8 business days to investigate. I said that wasnt acceptable and asked repeatedly for a supervisor and they refused to transfer me to one. I checked repeatedly while on the phone today to see if the investigation showed reopened (you can see status on the tracking number) and it still showed closed. I got so frustrated I ended up in tears and got off the phone. After getting off the phone, I logged onto *** and can see that they immediately denied my claim stating that more information was needed. I entered all the info when I filed the initial claim as evidenced by the email that *** sent me on 5/30 as receipt of my claim. As entered: **** Free RN 2018 and **** Tanjun womens shoes - 2 pair total This is a return to ***** I have already paid for these items and my refund is pending **** receiving my return. Total value $144.03 but I entered $72.02 below as I had to enter value for each. There has been no tracking info for these shoes since they were scanned in at this store and *** gave me the runaround on the investigation.
