    Company took $1,500 from me to rent one of their established ****** listing's. Just days after paying for a month, the listing vanished, supposedly it was suspended by ****** for not being a legitimate business. This company is now refusing to give me my money back. They did not provide the services they said they would.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.  We are unaware of a ************* or anyone at the listed address other than and the listings that we did find for that name and address did not match our cusomers.

    After digging deeper we were able to see that the phone number listed is a phone number that has been used with the rental of ****************************  This site was rented on July 18th, 2024 and had previously received 43 incoming calls before it was rented by the customer.

    We do not rent ****** Listings, we use SEO to drive interested consumers to sites like the Gainsville mold site listed above.  

    One August 11th, the customer was notified that a renewal was pending and given the opportunity to cancel which they declined and 1 week later on August 18th their subscription renewed for a subsequent month.  

    On August 29th the customer reached out stating that the site was not functional.  Upon review we found that the site was in fact working and had sent 66 total calls to the customer.  Included in that were 25 that were answered, another 20 were missed and 5 where consumers left voicemails.  

    The client was insistent that it was not working and as such we cancelled the subscription for the following month (Effective Sept 18).  We are continuing to fulfill our part by delivering the calls and form leads as they come to the site until that date.  The client demanded refunds for the calls that he had received, utilized and/or missed which is something that we cannot do. However we will revert the calls back to others who are looking to purchase them beginning as soon as the contract expires.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Firstly,  I'm the owner of Florida Mold Control along with ***************. I have been in contact with ***** from Champion leads and yes, the website still exists, however the ****** listing associated with it was terminated, all calls seized to exist. Their claim that we received that many calls is asinine and a flat out lie. A simple search of Hogtown Mold Solutions through ****** maps and you can see it doesn't exist anymore. The website is not what generated the calls, it was the ****** listing. I want a full refund or I'll be contacting an attorney next to sue champion leads. I will also be sure to place as many reviews of my experience with this company all over the web, unless they choose to resolve this matter. Is a $1,500 loss, really worth your reputation?

    This company has still yet to provide a solution. Based on their recent reviews on ****** you can see I'm not the only customer complaining about this company. Until I get a refund, I will not stop pursuing this company.

    Hired them to do lead marketing a month ago. Was told by owner, ****, that we would receive daily reports that we were able to hear recording of calls. I never received this and have dozens of emails saying they dont know how to fix these reports. Then I get notified that the ad they have listed for us on ****** sends customers to our competition.
