    I signed up for done for you services where Social Closers would create & setup my sales/marketing funnel for my coaching business on 11/22/22 and paid $1000. The total would be $3k at the completion. I had to setup the apps I wanted to use & provide them with the login/passwords in which I did within the first 2 weeks. They assigned me a lead that was to help me craft my story and product offering. That lead left the company within 2 weeks of me joining. After joining I learned that we would have access to a course & weekly calls. This was never explained to me upfront as I had signed up for a done for you service NOT group coaching. I was thrown into weekly calls with others that paid less than me and were on the do on your own path. I was patient and attended the calls while my deliverables were being worked on. They pressed me for more money; however, I told them that I would make payments that corresponded to completed deliverables. They then delivered some static landing pages with my photos but the pages were NOT hooked up to any of my applications & were just Word docs. The setup was NOT complete but to show i honored the agreement, I made an addtl pmt on 01/05/2023 of $1000. No other work was ever done on my business. In Nov 2023, I reached out to them saying I was ready to complete my pages as it was almost a year. ******* setup a call for 11/6 that was then canceled. **** then reached out & assured me that he would be sending info/timelines on when my setup would be completed. I never received the timeline. When I checked back later, I had been kicked out of the group on DISCORD all together. I am requesting a full refund of $2k from Social Closers as I have received nothing to what they agreed to in the very beginning and they record their sales calls. They should be able to provide you all with exactly what was promised to me. I am not the only one that has suffered from this company based on other reviews on Trust Pilot. Their address is unknown

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Thank you so much for your diligence in this matter.  I did hear from Social Closers - ******* to be exact.  They seem to be concerned about whether or not I requested a refund and not at all concerned about taking my money, even partially, and not providing what they promised.  They have asked me for documentation on my payments - ie my credit card statement, that clearly they should have as the business collecting money from others.  I told them that I provided you all with the documentation from my credit card company on the payments I made, etc. and that it would be coming their way.  They are also not willing to acknowledge that they kicked me out of the group and stopped all communication without any notice after agreeing to complete the work.  That in itself suggests their intention to not complete the work and our business deal.  He sent me the chat message where they delivered the static mocks as a way of saying they delivered as agreed but again, the mocks are not a completed funnel or tied to any systems to fully work.  They are likely working to disprove the information that I provided and it will take some time.  I can send over the thread from our text messages if that will help as well.
