      We purchased the **** adjustable bed from Somnis on 5/20/22. One of the main selling points was that there was a very good warranty that came with the bed, since we paid a total of $4000 for them. About a month or so ago, one of the adjustable frames began to squeak and make noise when we would shift at night. It was loud enough to wake us up. We contacted the warranty company who told us to use wd-40 to fix it. We responded to say that we were not comfortable with that because there were a lot of parts and we were requesting a technician come and take a look. This was supposed to be covered under the warranty. After several correspondences back and forth between the warranty company, who stated they would send out **** and then a technician, they stopped responding. A technician was never sent out. We then contacted Somnis since they were the ones who sold us the bed and told us there was a warranty. After several phone calls and their attempts to reach the warranty company, we still have not had a technician come out. They sent us a small container of what we are assuming is lube, but have not reached out to set up a time to come and fix the issue. We would like them to come out and take a look at the problem.

      This is unfortunate. We are currently working with the customer & with Rize as well to get this warranty resolved. **** is currently shipping the parts to the customer so their Technician can install them. The timing of this review is unfortunate but so is the defective product that the customer is dealing with so we fully understand & apologize for the inconveniences associated with this. We will continue to get this situation resolved as quickly as we can.

      I am rejecting this response because: we have been dealing with this issue since 12/29/22 and have been getting the run around and feel that the company has not dealt with us in good faith. We have been told on several occasions that they are sending out materials, which we finally received the lube (picture attached in original complaint) and have requested a technician to be sent out multiple times and have not heard back regarding this. We are not satisfied with the product or the promised warranty. We are requesting our money back for the purchase. We do not feel going forward the company can honor the warranty that was promised with the product and do not want to go back and forth again. We have copied/pasted the original email to show how long we have been working on this.

      1. Remove or loosen any pin, nut, bolt or white bushing one at a time.

      2. Lubricate it by applying the grease with a cotton swab. Using a lithium or spray lubricant is recommended. (Lubrication can be obtained by contacting our ************* Center).

      3. When placing the lubricated pin, nut, bolt, or white bushing back onto the adjustable bed, make sure there is a looser tightening on the nut.

      4. Additional solution: After completing these steps, spray the pins, nuts, bolts, and white bushings with a lubricant

      On labor day 2022, we purchased what they said was their best bed....we were explained that we needed to buy as it was the last day of the sale. We were also instructed that there was a 30 day return policy as we were hesitant about purchasing. They refused to give us a contract as he said his printer was failing but still managed to print receipt. After 1 week both my husband and I are struggling to move as our backs are in agony, the bed is sloping down and it was not supposed to get hot but we sweat all night long. They will not honor our return and they also want to charge us for an exchange.

      We do not have a 30 day return policy. We have a 30 day sleep on trial where we will exchange the mattress after they sleep on it for 30 days if they are not having comfortable sleep we can exchange them into another mattress.
