      I have had parts replaced on my powerchair.One part that needed to be replaced was a **ntrol arm. After paying my ** pay and insurance paid the **ntrol arm has never been replaced with a new one.They replaced it but the band was broken. The staff stated they were ordering a new one to fix it.Never happened.Calling several times with no results.They sent out a repairman last month and both the parts in his truck were damaged as well and he had to order a new one.Now they want to charge me again for something they have never replaced **rrectly in the first place.

      Please help! I received a brand new scooter that was purchased through ****** Airlines. My previous one was majorly damaged by the airlines. It was delivered a few weeks ago and has never worked!!! I have been in contact with Numotion but still have no working scooter for going on 2 weeks! I rely on a scooter as I am handicap and cannot walk far. My little granddaughter is coming for her first *********** on Nov. 10th! I really am in desperate need of a working scooter!!!! After FaceTime with a technician they believe it is the wiring. Still no working scooter! I have a brand new scooter that does not work!!! I need a working scooter!!! Its like they have their money and dont care! Please help!!! We are in the *********, *******/Orlando ***** Would like contact info of ************************* also. ************************* **************
