    I paid for the service at Office Depot and they set me up with Apollo. I was scheduled for a day during the week so I took off work to be present. Not only was this a 4 hour window which in my opinion a little much. So after it was 2 hrs past the time I had to call because they no call no showed. They said that wasnt normal so we scheduled another date and just like the time before I took off work. After the 4 hour window passed again and was not called and nobody showed I had to call again to see why I was stood up again.They this time said they would have to get back to me. They called to reschedule and against my better judgment I agreed to meet with them on a weekend. So this way I wouldnt be out of work another day. We do have a little 5yr old girl and had to tell her we had to stay home for this install. After 4 hrs came and went, you guessed it I was no called no showed for the 3rd time. A manager called me and told me he would work on getting me rescheduled but Im not going through that song and dance another time. At this point I need to be compensated for taking off work at this point. A manager said he was going to get me a resolution but has now quit responding to me. This companies inability to care out the hired task and communication is the worst.

    Apollo Retail certainly understands the frustration of having cancelled assemblies occur. We as a company strive not to have these occur. The cost of the assembly was not billed to Office Depot, therefore for you to receive a refund for the cost of assembly, Office Depot would need to process that at the store. Apollo does not bill for assembly until it is completed.
    The assembly was scheduled but the technician was unable to work. The district manager did attempt to reschedule with a new date and time but the customer declined. Unfortunately,we are unable to reimburse you for taking time off of work.
    Apollo sincerely apologizes for not being able to execute on the assembly of your purchased item.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    You may not have billed Office Depot directly but you came to agreement with them that you would fulfill orders. I did pay Office Depot for this order but you are the one who caused me to miss two days of work and clear my schedule on a weekend all to get no call no showed 3 times. You are correct the manager did try and set something up but nobody would give you a 4th chance to not show up.

    This is flat out ridiculous how this company is ran. I still dont have a message back from the manager that told me he was going to get back to me. Im not shocked as communication and customer satisfaction isnt what this company is built around.
