We built a metal building home during the pandemic with JTC Consulting Services LLC. ***************** is the owner and GC. He anticipated shortages in the trades accurately and adjusted purchases of materials to save us money. He kept in contact with us and he was very easy to partner with for a successful build. His customer service and professionalism are commendable. We trusted his expertise and he did not disappoint. I spoke with him weekly and he was eager to always communicate with me about everything in a crazy supply/demand world that impacted our build. It is now a year and a half after completion and we recently sought JTC out for another project. As we expand our home and add additional structures, we would only have JTC Consulting Services LLC and ************************ as our GC.JTC Consulting Services LLC
