    I signed with HNM in November and provided all necessary components to complete my profile with the company by early December, including answering interview questions and providing necessary photos. I was told by ****** that there was an error on her end, but it was eventually resolved although it was highly untimely. You can see in the screenshot below that I was told I would be publicized on their website on February 19th. It is now almost April and I still haven't been included on their website.Upon signing, I paid a $100 fee for representation by HNM, particularly via their website. Since paying and providing all necessary paperwork, I have yet to receive any kind of representation from the agency. I am not listed on their website, I have not received a response from them regarding how to be included in their app, and I have not received any work from the agency after being signed with them for almost half a year. I understand there were "technical issues" with my profile (ex. the user couldn't upload my documentation likely due to incorrect file names) and for some reason you all took three months to fix this, but that is a very poor way to conduct business and it doesn't excuse the fact that I still yet to receive any kind of representation. I am just looking to be refunded.

    My minor aged daughter signed up for the modeling services offered by this company. Due to some personal issues we no longer wish to do business with Hannah N*****. After several attempts this company will not give us instructions on how to cancel our recurring membership. It is a $100 yearly fee. There are several email addresses to contact and one person named Kristi J who claims to be their talent manager. She stopped responding to me once I asked to cancel our account. My daughter's pictures remain on their website. This business is a scam and I feel like a fool. They are clever in that they renewed our membership prior to the yearly anniversary date. I would like our account cancelled immediately.
