    Ordered part a second time. Promptly sent me a refund no explanation. I am being refused a product and only because I got frustrated that they gave me zero communication about part delays the first time I ordered it. I think they should be more considerate of online customers

    Client gave zero updates on order. After a few weeks I asked for an update. They were kind and polite saying the product was still being finished and would be shipped asap! Never heard from them. Asked for a second update… this time somewhat frustrated but stating clearly I want the item still. They responded with were are sending you a refund. No explanation just clearly didn’t like that I had the Gaul to ask about my $400 order… then I get an email stating the item has shipped!! Only to notice that the tracking number says refund issued instead of a tracking number. This is the worst handling and I still have not received any funds or product
