      I am grateful for your response concerning my complaint about the complaint ******** that I submitted on 5/6/2025 against Aegis Relocation Company, Corp. (AKA Aegis Moving and Storage).

       

      As requested, I am providing the details of my complaint and what I am seeking from the business:

      1. Delivery was not shipped all at once, but a second truck was taken to a warehouse somewhere that delayed our belongings for about four weeks until delivered.

      2. We were charged thousands of additional dollars for the 2nd shipment, though the moving company's owner and assistant's in-person review of all our belongings prior to the move stated they would be able to move everything in one move and be there on the original expected delivery date.

      3. Both the initial delivery and subsequent very late delivery resulted in much damage to many of our belongings. See list and photos of those damaged or missing items. This list includes letting our cat out of the house, who has never returned home after 2 months.

       

      Claim paperwork should be included in this request as well as the initial claim to ******** that used to handle Aegis Relocation Company, Corp. (AKA Aegis Moving and Storage) issue. It is my understanding from CSI emails is that they n longer work with Aegis Relocation Company, Corp. (AKA Aegis Moving and Storage).

       

      We seek the attached reimbursement for losses, damages, lost time, lost pet in the amount of $8,017.27.

      We used that company to move our belongings from **** to *******. Several items valued over $600 were stolen while transported by the truck. We also had the request to move the car on the trailer with the truck. The trailer wasnt provided on time, so the car was sitting in **** for 7 days. We had perishable items in it that were spoiled by the time of arrival. We were promised $500 (50% of the price of vehicle transportation) werent going to be charged, but when vehicle finally arrived, we were told to pay that $500 with the promise of refunding it within 48 hours. I have the text message with the request. The money were never refunded. The company owner ****************** stopped taking our calls and text messages. The company is a scam, and we want other customers to be aware of that. We would like to get our money back. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thank you
