    They sub out the work and so the mover has his own charges, the driver changed arrival day twice causing us to spend more on an Airbnb, when he arrived he had two inexperienced local guys meet at our place and took off! Leaving them just a dolly. They damaged floors, stairs, walls, and were here 4+ hours. When the driver came back hours later we showed him the damages, so he took money off their pay, wich made one guy cause a scene that scared my young children. No furniture was put together wich they are supposed to do, my family stepped in to help just to get these men out our house. Vanity was made aware, yet nothing has been done in over a month, just a blame game, meanwhile my house has damages, and my kids still sleep in my bedroom and we over payed for a job we could have done without the trauma to the kids and probably less damages.

The disruption, the scratches on your floors, and the emotional stress especially the impact on your children are completely unacceptable, and we want you to know we take your concerns very seriously.


    While we work with licensed and insured carriers to perform the physical moves, it is still our responsibility to act as your advocate throughout the process. In this case, its clear that both the service you received and the follow-up afterward fell short of our standards.


    After being made aware of the situation, we initiated a damage claim with the carrier and requested three professional repair quotes for the scratched flooring. We are still waiting for those quotes to be returned so we can move forward with proper resolution. Additionally, we successfully secured a proposed settlement for the scratches but as of now, it has not yet been acknowledged or accepted on your end.


    Weve made multiple good-faith efforts to reach out to you directly to discuss the next steps and resolve this, but have not yet been able to connect. We are ready and willing to work with you to bring this matter to a fair conclusion and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to do so.

    My family and I move almost every 3 years due to my work. Weve used vanity van lines 2 times already and will keep using them until we finally settle down. They are always professional and they make us feel comfortable with handing all of our things over to them.

    Vanity van lines came recommended to us by my in-laws and we knew we were in good hands cos theyre very particular about who they do any kind of business with. I mean it when I say youre going with the best there is when you go with them.

    Vanity van lines were the wiser un professional moving company ever. They came to pick up furniture in a small rented ***** truck with no tools, no hand trucks nothing they arrived with two workers that were hired from Craigslist the foreman was rude and asked if I had a tool box They also left half of my furniture stating they could not fit it in there small truck horrible all they asked for was more money than originally agreed too. I hired Vanity van lines but the company that came was ***** movers hired by vanity van lines. They broke my glass table and warped my coffe table. Sorry I ever hired them

    BBB will Not allow me to adjust my review. Everything has since been fixed from Vanity Van Lines. They were very helpful and resolved the few issues I had no problem!

    Terrible experience! Broken furniture and when they come to your house they will change the quote and try to export more money from you. Stay away please do research as to why there is no google reviews. They are not worth the low cost you will pay more replacing all your goods.

    Terrible experience! Broken furniture and when they come to your house they will change the quote and try to export more money from you. Stay away please do research as to why there is no google reviews. They are not worth the low cost you will pay more replacing all your goods.
