  I cant say enough great things about The Movers ********************************************** From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They handled everything with care, from packing to loading and unloading, making sure nothing was damaged. Their crew was friendly, hardworking, and made the entire moving process stress-free.

  Do not use this company unless you want your furniture destroyed .They destroyed a very nice sleigh bed my deceased husband bought me a few years ago.This was in good condition before the move.There were many deep scratches and a piece of wood broken off it. I told them I only wanted it fixed. They said there was a 150-250 dollar deductible so I get 0 and don't get it fixed. A couple days after the move they took extra money out of my account for no reason. They don't care about your furniture and if it gets damaged it's too bad for you.They don't even deserve a 1 star !!!!

  This is a scam of a business. They damaged 4/5 pieces of pristine office furniture and an Italian hutch that cost $6300 ten years ago, which means it's worth much more in today's market. They said, you covered it with pads so we don't know if it was damaged or not. Unbelievable. We called the office immediately and voiced our displeasure and *** told us to file a claim within 10 days for repair or replacement, if it couldn't be repaired. We told him it will be repaired or we're not paying. He called his men and had them stop unloading the furniture. We had boxes marked fragile that were damaged and the most broken items ever in any move we've made over the past 45 years. Their response, we didn't pack so we don't know if it was damaged. Are we stupid? We signed an initial contract in 7/2022, furniture was in storage for 18 months while new home was being built. We did not receive a new contract for the move to our new home. They tried telling us we signed a new one. We were very upset about the damage but needed our furniture so we paid and signed a form. They're saying it was a contract. We were under duress because of the damage and coerced into paying and signing because our furniture was being held hostage. After taking a check from us for 18 months, they refused a check as payment. Only a credit card so they could charge us a 4.5% fee. Or, *** said we could pay by CC and then bring a check to the office to waive the fee and they'd refund our credit card. But, the bottom line is, even then, they'd take my check. The estimate was $1800 less than we were charged and said it was because of the load time. However, we aren't there so we don't know how long it actually took. The worst part is, you can't talk verbally to anyone. It's all via email and when you call over there, no one is ever in the office. They're all related to each other and you get nowhere.Do yourself a huge favor... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  Critical: Professionalism, Quality We recently used them for a local move. We had the movers pack the contents of our house and they stored our items overnight. During this process, a box of Waterford Crystal never made it to the new location. We filed a claim with them and their response was that the did not unpack it and therefore not liable. All of our boxes have been unpacked and the items are missing. They are taking no responsibility for this. This is clearly not a business you should use if they are unwilling to acknowledge that they conveniently lost a box that contained a service of 4 of expensive crystal.   The movers broke ALL of my dishes/glassware/heirloom pieces, vases from other countries, EVERY SINGLE THING THAT I HAD WAS *************** TO PIECES, I have pictures to prove all this. Called the business and all I got was for them to hang up on me and after calling about 20 times no answer. The movers themselves were very courteous and nice just smashed all my things to pieces. Now not only do I feel like they upcharge me, but now I have to spend a ton of money i don't have just to have some dishes, some of them CAN'T be replaced as they were heirlooms passed down. One star is too much for this company
