In November 2021, BBB started to receive consumer inquiries and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning this company's employment opportunities. BBB received a copy of the Outsourcing Employment contract per consumer inquiry; there is no indication as to what company the job applicant is outsourcing for, however the business is asking for bank account information and Zelle information.
1). The website, www.alphaagilityinc.com, was created on October 4, 2021.
2). BBB located the corporate filing for the real business entity Alpha Agility, Inc. which is actually located in Stuart, FL. The filing has been active since 2019 with Florida Division of Corporations, with no indication they are in Tampa, FL or affiliated with the website. BBB believes the Tampa, FL business is fraudulenlty using another company's name.
3). The business website advertises career opportunity descriptions to be in person, however the address at 101 N Ashley Dr, Tampa, FL does not belong to this business and BBB could not verify they are physically at that location.
