      I have tried to cancel this "subscription" which was supposed to be a 1 time purchase for years! They continue to charge my debit card $10.62 every month! I have called on multiple occasions and canceled. I have even had my bank to stop their charge, and somehow they continue to charge me!!! What a scam from a "religious" group!!

      As others have stated, I too just found out they have been illegally charging my card and purchasing the exodus effect. I am furious that a company, let alone an implied "religious company" would do such a thing. There should be a class action law suit for this company. They have been charging me $19.08 per month. I wish you could choose ZERO starts.

      This is a very deceptive organization. Lure you in for a book and then snare you unknowingly into a monthly subscription for money. They are hypocrites, and only in it for gouging money from people who did not knowingly agree to any additional charges. SHAME ON THEM!!!

      I initially ordered The Exodus Effect and 1 bottle of the trinity oil. The Exodus Effect did not tell how to make the oil as promised, and I have not received any benefits of the oil as promised. I honestly don"t remember the exact amount for the book and the oil, but it was over $70 for both. Since then, this company has been charging my credit card $19.26 every month. I am receiving no services, no more books, and no more oil from this company for anything. I sent an email to the company, and of course I have not gotten a response. When I went to the website to get an email address, I noticed all of the other complaints from angry people like myself. I can't believe this company calls themselves Christians! I want to be completely reimbursed for all of the recurring monthly charges of $19.26. ****************

      I listened to Pastor Andrew's long video and signed up to receive the Trinity Boswellia & Cinnamon oil. I tried to find out Pastor Andrew's last name to research before I purchased anything, but I couldn't find his last name anywhere. I took a chance and ordered the Trinity Boswellia & Cinnamon oil. I have been taking it for a couple months and haven't noticed any difference. I really couldn't afford to continue the monthly subscription so I sent an email to Customer Support and requested that they cancel my subscription. I received a cordial email the next day advising "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." I then received another cordial email the next day advising that my subscription was cancelled. No questions asked. Based on the one-star reviews I see, I will keep my eyes on my bank account to make sure that no future payments are deducted.

      After reading the BBB complaints filed, my experience is consistent with the other 91 complaints. The business sells you something legitimately, a book, and then fraudulently and without authorization, begins to charge your credit card each month for things you did not purchase. So many similar complaints. The business is engaging in criminal conduct, using the people's faith as an instrumentality of the crime. I see that divine origins monitors and at some points, responds, to these entries. I want "Divine Origins" to know they can keep the money they unlawfully took from me.

      I ordered the Exodus Effect after watching the promotional video online. When I received the Exodus Effect, I found it just to be a rehash of the promotional video. I contacted customer service to arrange return of the Exodus Effect and receive a full refund. I mailed the book to the address they provided and emailed them the tracking number for the parcel. Three days later I received email confirmation of their receipt of the book and that my refund was processed also. At the time of my order, I also joined the Prayer Club. I canceled my membership with no problem whatsoever just by emailing customer service. I did not purchase any of the Annointed Holy Oil since it is illegal in my state without a medical marijuana card/license. So, I went the legal route and spent $100 to keep it all legal and problem/trouble free. *********OVERALL REVIEW SUMMARY *********** I found their customer service/support to be prompt, responsive, professional and easy to convey communications with. For that I give them 5 out of 5 STARS*****.
