  I ordered one bottle in May for $56 then I was charged $119, on top of that . I received 4 bottles, which I opened package, but not the bottles.
  Then in June (while I was out of town or I would have refused it), I was charged $119 and received 4 more bottles! I didn't even open the package this time, because I knew what it was by then.
  Today I had to CANCEL my bank card because they tried to charge me AGAIN $119!!
  I am FURIOUS!! This is a complete SCAM!! When I called the number, they said I didn't call to cancel (a subscription service they don't tell you you're locked into, unless you happen to click on 'Terms' in the site!!!) within 30 days, so the best they could do is offer me 50% off the month of June, which was $59! This is insane that people can get away with subscription service without you knowing!
  FRAUDSTERS, SCAMMERS AND THIEVES Everywhere!!
  I want my Hard Earned money back!! You can't steal from people, that is so wrong!

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
  
  We went ahead and issued a full refund for the second order for $119.88 without the need to return the products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.
  
  Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

  This product certainly does not do what it claims to do - and if it was in fact supported by Shark Tank...I have lost all respect for the Sharks! As for the customer service, or lack thereof at this company; it is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. My elderly mother ordered this product with the hopes the initial three bottles would do what they claim. Sadly, they didn't do a darn thing other than make her feel sick to her stomach. Imagine the surprise she had when more of this stuff showed up in the mail a month later that she did not order. She contacted the company immediately when her account was charged over $`119+, only to be hung up on the minute they heard she was contacting them to cancel some subscription she never signed up for. This has been ongoing now for over 3 months and each time she attempts to call she promptly gets hung up on. This company should not be allowed to conduct business and places like Amazon should not allow corporations like this to even sell on their site. They lack any sense of decency and prey upon society and steal from their accounts on a monthly basis giving them no way to escape! It's disgraceful and sickening.

  ordered the keto on May 10 for $119.88 and received two bottles a week later. I was charged again on June 8 for $119.88. I promptly called and requested to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. I never received the second-order to send back and it is June 29 and hasn't received a refund either. this business is a scam.

  I made a purchase for 3 bottles get two free for $39.95 then received a receipt for $199.88 plus $59.99. I tried to cancel before the product was shipped it was too late. When I tried to call I was immediately disconnected. This happened several times. I was advised to refuse the unopened package, which I did. I waited for a refund that never came. I called the company and they said it was an invalid return because I didn't have an RMA. How am I supposed to get one if my calls are disconnected? Then I get a second shipment from them! I saw a new number for Optimal Max Keto so I called to get an RMA, made the return and when I called about my refund of $79.99 they said I had to return the product. I let them know that tracking shows they got the product but they still won't refund me the $339.96 they owe me. Don't buy from these people! It's a scam! No matter what you do you'll never get your money back!
