- Additional Info:BBB has received complaints concerning non delivery of products that were invested into, through crowdfunding. Consumer reports allege they backed the Waveform Pillow on Kickstarter, and were charged for their backed amount in April 2021. The last communication to backers from the creator, Anna Hrabar, was June 7, 2021 stating there was a delay in shipping but the pillows are on the way. There has been no communication from the creator since.
BBB contacted Kickstarter for information to reach Anna Hrabar, however they responded that they do not have access to that information. At this time, the information furnished in this report is limited as BBB was not able to locate any method of communication to reach Anna Hrabar.
