    I ordered vapes from them totaling $77.45 on 7/12/24. On 3 seperate dates since then I have reached about about issues with the vapes. As of now, I have only opened the 3 vapes all of which I reached out to them about, and I am scared to open and anymore of the vapes to see if ANY actually work for fear that they will not refund me my money at all. I have taken video proof of these vapes not working properly and have 3 times requested they give me an email address to send the videos too, but they have not done so. Their contact us form does not allow you to attach a video, hence requesting an email. With the first 2 vapes, I requested a refund or for 2 new ones to be mailed out in replacement. Instead, without communicating further with me, they applied store credit to my account. This does not work for me, as why should I have to pay the $12.95 shipping fee again? It is in no way my fault that they sent me damaged merchandise. Now, with this 3rd vape, that I opened today, I requested a full refund of my order and for them to send me a prepaid label so that I can send back the opened (broken) and unopened vapes. Previously they have closed out my 2 requests without communicating with me further about anything and even deleted one of them. My most recent request for the full refund and return was submitted today 7/23/24, but I feel that they will just try to wait out the return period as they do not seem to care to communicate with customers or effectively fix problems. I have no interest in being a customer of theirs in the future and just want all of my money back for this purchase. Again, I offered to return my entire order to them if they send me a prepaid label as I should not be stuck paying that when I'm not returning due to something I would be at fault for. Also, I cannot upload the videos below as they are over 5mb. I'm not sure how to get them below that other than shortening the videos, which isn't helpful.

    They're system is declining my order saying my address is wrong. The problem is they authorized my card 4 times for $81, so $320 has been held on my account for the past week. When u tried to contact support they kept deleting my help thread requests instead of resolving the issue. The pending charges were supposed to have dropped off by now but haven't. My bank is concerned about the legitimacy of this business but can't file a dispute on only pending charges. I'm aware i haven't been charged, ny problem is that this company is holding hundreds of dollars of funds from me for almost a week now and they won't respond.

    Placed an order 6/27/22 for $184.71...Got an error message they cannot charge my card. I looked at my bank statement they actually charged my card 6 times. They did not send me any product. I emailed them they said there is nothing they can do but they'll give me 10% off my next order. After days go by I get my money back. Today I try to place an order for the same amount. Again they say they are not able to place my order/charge my card but there is a $184.71 charge on my bank account. They are scamming people for their money and not sending their product.
