      Horrible place. Poor customer service and eyecare. Agree with the other reviewer they seem like a money-grab outfit and the employees are not well-trained. They used to be a good eye health provider, but that is no longer the case. I have particularly problematic eye issues and they are not accommodating to my needs. I have to get a minimum of two sets of glasses, preferably three, the third being sunglasses.

      I had an eye exam, ordered just two pair of glasses to save money but the up-close/readers/computer pair were not right. They were not helpful in resolving the issue and told me I had only two choices - either keep the new lenses or they would put back the old lenses. Neither of those options was satisfactory for me because I couldn't see/read/work with either pair - the old or the new. They simply stated to let them know. Not knowing what to do, I went home. I lost my insurance shortly afterward and couldn't go elsewhere either. After some time passed awaiting for my insurance to be reinstated, I finally decided enough, I will just take back my old pair and get a refund. When I called to make my request, they kept promising to call me back and never did. I've kept calling and getting promises of a call back from a manager and never get one. To add insult to injury, they revealed to me that my glasses had been disposed of! No one called and asked me if they could throw them away! The frames were mine I had bought several years prior!

      So, of course, I want my nearly $300 I paid for the glasses refunded and they're avoiding me. What a scam operation. Stay AWAY!
