      Do not use this business. The owner came to my home to take 2 rugs for cleaning. Rug #1 Oriental 9x13 needed to be cleaned and fringes needed to be removed and new shorter fringes sewed on. Quote $850 Rug#2 8x10 wool contemporary needed cleaning and pulls removed. Quote $365 Owner gave me an invoice with another quote $185 ( no rug taken for service) After one month of waiting for agreed upon work, we called Matt, owner. He said he would send “movies”; spoke fast about what he did for the rugs. He sent a worker to deliver the rugs. Delivery man asked for more money and he stated he would take the rugs back to the store if we did not pay up. I called the local police and the man was told to leave my home and development. (I paid the agreed upon amount as witnessed by the officers). Don’t use this business.

      The prices listed on the invoice provided to the customer reflect charges for handwashing and stain removal of the rugs. An additional charge was included for repair work such as rebanding, reinforcement and the fringes, which was itemized separately on the invoice.
