    In June 2021 I had my house painted and in December 2021 we noticed paint chipping on our front steps. We communicated with Painters on Demand and they sent a reprehensive out to look at the issue. Since the work is still under warranty, after a few months, they proceeded to remove the paint and repaint the steps. After another few months, the paint started to bubble and chip again. I contacted painters on demand several times and a representative stated he was going to contact the paint manufacturer to try to make sure the correct paint was being used. A few months went by and I had to reach out to them to get the response We are still waiting for the paint rep. ******* more months went by without a communication response back I reached out to Painters on Demand ************ At that time I was told that PD was purchased and the company now responsible for my warranty work is Sir *********************** I reached out to Sir ********************** and they said they are not the company that painted my home. Since my invoice and payment were to Painters on Demand, they should be responsible for the warranty work. I had another company come out to inspect the steps and they stated that they needed to strip the paint off the brick and address the mold issue that formed under the paint. I just want whats fair and what I already paid for before a lawyer gets involved.

The Residential assets still belong to & are the responsibility of the original owner, *************************. ************************* owns & operated Sir *********************** on Sir *********************** website it references Painters On Demand. As a gesture of good faith the Vice President of POD, LLC offered the complaintant a credit with ******************************* to purchase materials.
