    This business is Terrible, the customer service was awful from start to finish, when we first arrived the girl who greeted us was so rude, she was annoyed with everything and everyone, she said line up over there and follow the van when we move, we get to the other lot and she’s telling everyone hurry up I have other customers coming she crammed 14 people in this van, throwing people luggage and huffing and puffing the whole time, come in hurry up. There is only on van this morning, I said will it isn’t our fault, went do you schedule so many people if you don’t have the means to serve them? That’s what they pay for.. she says HEY I’m not the owner ask him. She was so rude. Then we come back today, I call the number it then has a message send a text, sent a text 15 minutes later still no reply, so I call again, I tell them we are there he said go to Red 1 or Red 2 and message when you’re there, we walked down to Red2 sent a message, no reply waited a another 15 minutes called back, I told him we are waiting here at Red2 he said okay someone will be there soon. 35 minutes later the van comes he waved his hand because he’s supposed to follow the detour and didn’t and drives on by. We wait thinking okay he’s going the detour another 20 minutes go by.. I call back this time I get an answer, told the guy her you driver just doesn’t know where to go. Let me call him the man says, about 8 minutes later here comes the van again.. he’s flailing his arms I can get in there! Clearly yelling at us.. Is this not your job to know where to go? Don’t you do this multiple times a day. He leaves again 20 more minutes go by, he finally makes it, he’s slamming doors and my husband said what youR problem. At this point my husband has had enough. He said you can’t fix it.. he was just as bad as the first girl.. stay away from this company they have the worst people you will ever have to deal with.
